The BSS & OSS session will focus on Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems. Working with OSS and BSS always meant to adapt, change, adjust, improve, and upgrade. It means knowing exactly what is going on from end to end, including all network elements. All fixed and mobile parts make up the connected society. The network must be planned to function in the best possible way.
The Revenue Management & Fraud Prevention session will focus on those responsible for ensuring revenue in the operator and responsible for fraud prevention. It will address new market trends in Latin America, loss control, recent studies, and practices to prevent fraud, big data, etc.
The Customer Experience Management, Big Data, & Analytics session will focus on successful initiatives in Customer Experience in Brazil and Latin America. How to monetize the customer experience through Big Data & Analytics will also be discussed.
All of the above events will take place on September 20-21 at Windsor Marapendi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
